JACKY D. JONES Chief Executive Officer
Hi, let me start by introducing myself. My name is Jacky D. Jones and I am proud to be the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for BLAYO Records. I grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and graduated from Jones Valley High School. I joined the United States Air Force and was Honorably Discharge after four years. I briefly attended then Jefferson State Junior College before moving on to Michigan State University (MSU) in East Lansing, Michigan and Colorado Technical University where I completed my BSN. I currently reside in Winston Salem, North Carolina with my son Jonathan, two Dobermans (Jerome and Jeanne) and a cat name Jennifer. My favorite pass time is golf and football. My southern roots are clearly visible in my love for cooking and eating. Though I grew up in Alabama: I am a die hard MSU Spartan fan, in all sports. “GO GREEN, GO WHITE”.
TJ Miller Label Consultant
A native of Louisiana, TJ fell in love with the arts as a child singing, acting and writing plays. After High School he went on to study voice and theater at both Grambling and Tennessee State University. While in Nashville, TJ helped form one of the city’s first hip-hop labels and his own Music Publishing Company. In addition to running the label he traveled the country singing jazz in a big band.
TJ began his major label career with PolyGram Group Distribution, working with iconic labels DefJam, Island, A&M and Motown Records in Artist Development; and worked with Boyz II Men, Redman, Method Man, Queen Latifah, Dru Hill and more. He went on to become a marketing executive and VP with Capitol, Warner Music Group, and Universal Music in Los Angeles. There he worked with the likes of Missy Elliott, Brandy, Silk, Fat Joe and others. While marketing records in LA, TJ studied writing, took voice over lessons, and co-wrote independent films. Simultaneously, TJ managed songwriters placing music in ads, TV shows, and movies.

DONALD C HATCHER JR CEO of Jazznet 24 years and DCH MARKETING 5 years , musician 47 years and I gave my life to Christ at Bethel Baptist Church the age of 7. I’m Married to Deaonne Hatcher 10 years with 4 boys Fred, Justin, Dominique and Jaylon. I also worked in the insurance industry as an agent with LIBERTY MUTUAL Brentwood, Tennessee and ALLSTATE Birmingham, Alabama for total of 16 years in which I won numerous awards and acquired to great contracts such as the Tennessee Titans and DELL CORP.
I’m a product of the Birmingham School system (Hudson 81) (Carver 85). Tennessee State University is where I earned a BA degree in Political Science (90). I’m a member of PHI MU ALPHA – ETA XI chapter, co-founder of Urban Professionals & First Friday, and I’m a member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers and current board member of the Alabama State Black Chamber of Commerce and Livingstone Baptist Church.
